    I. OBJECTIVES

    - Capture meaningful moments – authentic emotions – reflect the impact of the activity.

    - Train students to observe – empathize – summarize – improve.

    - Provide evidence for reporting to schools – parents – sponsors – media.

II. PRINCIPLES OF RECORDING & FEEDBACK

    1. Every activity has at least one person in charge of recording emotions and images.
    2. Encourage each member to write a personal diary of feelings – no pressure – no editing of content.
    3. Images and media content must be approved before publication.
    4. Post-mortem reports should not only record events, but also draw lessons and directions for improvement.

    III. STEPS TO IMPLEMENT

    📍STEP 1 – RECORD DURING THE ACTIVITY
    - Assign 1-2 friends to record, take photos, or make clips – prioritize kind, touching, and intimate moments.
    - Record sharing – real stories from recipients, parents, and local children (if possible).

    📍 STEP 2 – COLLECT PERSONAL EMOTIONS
    - After each event or trip, ask members to write their feelings within 3 days.
    - Prompt: What made you happiest? What did you learn? What surprised you?

    📍 STEP 3 – WRITE POST-PRODUCTION REPORT
    - Summary: images – minutes – emotional diary – income and expenditure table – feedback from local authorities.
    - Write a post-production report, send to the Board of Directors and save in the Club's evidence file.

    📍 STEP 4 – COMMUNICATION (AFTER APPROVAL)
    - Choose the most beautiful images - good stories - most touching words to share for communication.
    - Use social networks (Maya Fanpage, school bulletin board, flyers...) to spread good values.

    IV. ASSIGNMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Media team: record videos, take photos, conduct interviews, write articles, and edit videos.
    • All members: write personal reflections (optional but encouraged to be sincere).
    • Project leader: compile the final report and take responsibility for all content and visuals.
    • Supervising teacher: review and approve the report, submit it to the school board, and provide feedback to the club.

    V. ATTACHMENT FORM

✅ Personal emotional diary template (student)
    ✅ Emotion synthesis form – post-production report
✅ Sample photo report + impact description table
    ✅ Media sample after approval

    📌 SPECIAL NOTE:

    - Encourage truth - emotion - student perspective, do not use empty language.
    - Respect the recipient's privacy: do not post sensitive photos without permission.
    - Communication is to spread values, not to show off achievements.
