INTRODUCTION

FHF VN is not an organization run by command, but a network of freedom - transparency - learning, where every student, parent, teacher or volunteer can run their own branch if they master these 10 core principles.

Each FHF VN branch is like a small candle, when lit together, we create a sky of Faith - Hope - Future.

No asking – no giving – only sharing the truth
FHF VN does not “ask for sponsorship” or “give gifts”. We only connect what is real between those who want to give and those who need support. Every action comes from trust and mutual respect.

Not for image – only for real value
Every article, image or video must reflect reality, not embellished, not staged, not ostentatious. FHF VN’s goal is to spread personality, not to promote image.

All transactions are public in real time
All income – expenditure – support – handover are displayed in real time on the FHF.vn system. There is no “month-end report”, only transparency every minute and every second.

Respect the people, no pity clips
Do not film or post pictures of people in a vulnerable state. FHF VN only spreads the image of respect, self-reliance and dignity. All content requires consent before being published.

All errors are published and corrected
No one is criticized for making mistakes. The important thing is to dare to publish - dare to correct - dare to relearn. It is the honesty in mistakes that creates true trust.

There is no "FHF VN General Judgement" - only community supervision
FHF VN General does not "censor" or "handle violations". Each branch is responsible to the community, sponsors and people. All feedback is published for society to self-evaluate.

Whoever does well, will be replicated
Any branch that operates effectively, transparently and humanely will be introduced, and its process will be shared to replicate in other schools and other areas. That is the highest reward - to spread.

Whoever makes a mistake, will be relearned - not excluded
FHF VN does not have the concept of "discipline". Those who make a mistake will be guided to relearn the transparent and ethical process to become more mature. Because the goal of FHF is to educate and transform.

Every branch is independent – ​​equal – united by common values
There is no superior or subordinate. Every branch is equal in voice, free to operate. What keeps us together is True Value – True Love – True Action.

When you cannot do well, hand over transparently to others
If the branch encounters difficulties, lacks human resources or loses motivation, hand over all records, accounts and evidence to FHF VN General Director or successor. Honesty when withdrawing is also a highest ethical value.
