Chicken Award – FHF Point 01

- 10:00:
+ Present, organize.
+ Welcome, arrange seats.
+ MC introduces the program.

- 10:10: Speech and introduction (35 minutes)
+ MC: Project introduction (3 minutes)
+ CTCLB: Keynote speech (7 minutes)
+ Representative of sponsor FHF VN (Naturh company) (7 minutes)
+ Representative of Supervisory Board (3 minutes)
+ Representative of household receiving support (Mr. Nguyen Sy Tuan) (10 minutes)

- 10:45: Handing over chickens & Certificates (10 minutes)
+ Club President hands over certificates to household heads

- 10:55: Taking souvenir photos (10 minutes)
+ Photos of each speaker
+ Photos of handing over chickens and certificates
+ Group photos

- 11:05: Garden tour & field filming (45 minutes)
Visit content:
+ Chicken coop: How to care for and water sources for chickens.
+ Chicken food growing area: corn, potatoes, cassava, green vegetables, bananas.
+ Presentation on how to utilize natural food sources to reduce costs and maintain biosafety.
+ Filming and taking photos of the entire process for documentation.

- 11:50: Backup (10 minutes)
+ If it rains: switch to interviewing households, filming indoors.

- 12:00: Lunch at home (90 minutes)
+ Menu: rice, fried eggs, minced meat, boiled vegetables, soup, beans, peanuts.
+ Lunch cost: 500,000 VND. The club supports families in cooking.

Note:
+ FHF VN members do not accept gifts from households (chickens, eggs, agricultural products, which can be sold)

+ This regulation helps avoid the burden of returning the favor, so that households can feel secure in receiving support in the spirit of sharing - transparency - humanity.

+ When households develop their economy, FHF VN will respectfully receive the following hearts

- 13:30: End, lunch, short break.

- 14:00: Depart for Hanoi.

- 17:00: Arrive in Hanoi, end of the program.
Filming - Photography (Specific assignment)

FILMING

- Main camera: 1 volunteer in charge (panorama, main frame)
- Close-up camera: 1 volunteer in charge (close-up of speech, handing over chicken)
- 2 free cameras: 2 volunteers in charge (audience, backstage, vivid details).

PHOTOGRAPHY

- Photos of each speaker.
- Photos of the Chairman/ Vice Chairman handing over the chicken and certificate.
- Photos of the group.

Principle: Film and photograph the entire process for reporting, communication and archiving.
