Online Tutor – Delivering the Future

Project Manager: Melvin Sim Jia Le (Tham Thai Du) – President of FHFVN Club

Implementation time: The whole school year – 1 online class per week, 60 minutes per session. Rotating instructors.

I. PROJECT OBJECTIVES

• Students in the club organize free online classes together.
• 1 session per week – 7 students help 1 student overcome the content they do not understand.
• Create opportunities for us to practice our presentation skills, share, and relearn knowledge.
• Spread the spirit of gratitude to teachers – through the students' kind and proactive actions.

II. WHY DID WE CHOOSE THIS PROJECT?

“We used to be students who didn’t know – we were self-conscious and felt inferior.

But thanks to the patience of our teachers, thanks to each tireless lesson we repeated – we were able to change.

So today we want to try to give back. Not because we are good – but because we know: a gentle explanation – can be the door to help you step out of your inferiority complex.

Each teaching session – is also a time for us to review the knowledge our teachers have taught us with all their love.”

III. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

• Whoever wants to learn: register online.
• Whoever wants to teach – help you: also register.
• The club will arrange groups, schedule time, and provide technical support via Zoom/Google Meet.

IV. VALUE RECEIVED

• Learners: have their knowledge reinforced, become more confident.
• Teachers: review lessons – understand more deeply – know how to listen – learn to be patient.
• Collective: build an environment where students help each other – instead of leaving each other behind.

V. EXPECTED RESULTS

• At least 30 weak students are supported – no one is left behind.
• At least 50 students are trained in sharing skills – reviewing knowledge – knowing how to appreciate the role of teachers.
• Create a sustainable learning club model
