🔸Step 1: Prepare a list of proposals
- Work in advance with: village officials, homeroom teachers, women's union... to propose a list of disadvantaged households.
- Write name – address – preliminary circumstances – need for support.
🔸 Step 2: Organize a survey team
- Each survey team should consist of 2–3 members: one interviewer, one note-taker, and one photographer (if available).
- Have a teacher or parent accompany you (if surveying outside the school).
🔸 Step 3: Interview – Note-taking
- Use the survey form: family information – circumstances – number of members – income – specific needs.
- Record audio or take notes of the account (if consent is given).
- Take 1-2 photos of residents (do not post online without permission).
🔸 Step 4: Compile & Make Final List
- Collect all survey forms, photos, and notes into Google Drive.
- Make an official list: Full name – Address – Proposed support – Priority level.
- Submit the list to the teacher in charge/club for approval before giving.

SPECIAL NOTE:
- Do not arbitrarily decide which household will receive the gift without clear verification.
- Do not post photos or videos of difficult circumstances without the consent of the family or local authorities.
